The job consists of a road test/pre-inspection checking injector health and other components condition, then we remove the cab off the frame and pull the motor out of the frame. We will then tear the motor down to the block surface as well as pull the front cover and upper and lower oil pan. We then send your heads to the machine shop to get pressure tested and vacuum tested. If both tests pass the heads will then be “machined true” as well have the O-Ring grove machined into the head surface. If they are found to be cracked one or both heads will need to be replaced, with a set or individual remanufactured cylinder head(s). while the heads are at the machine shop, all parts removed from motor will be cleaned along with preparing the block surface. The turbo will be inspected and cleaned if needed. We then start the reassembly process. This involves a NEW OEM ford oil cooler & OC sensors, OEM front cover gasket, OEM front main seal, OEM upper & lower oil pan seals, Fel-Pro head gaskets, ARP head studs, OEM rocker box gaskets, OEM injector O-ring sets, updated OEM 6.4 banjos and washers, OEM intake manifold gaskets, OEM turbo hardware Kit, updated Diesel Site water pump, OEM STC fitting kit, OEM Intake manifold O-ring, OEM stand pipes and dummy plugs, degas tank, OEM WIF sensor, OEM fuel & oil filters, along with the following new fluids ( Schaeffer’s 5W-40 full synthetic motor Oil, motor craft Power steering fluid, Rotella ELC RED coolant.
This job is $6,800 for 04+ Trucks and 03 trucks price is $7,000 (unless head(s) are cracked, or injectors are found not operating in specifications) (or any unknows issues are found.
Full deposit on parts including Tax must be put down to Start/ schedule the job. Job takes 3-5 business days under normal conditions. Job has a 24-month 24,000-mile warranty from day of pickup on invoice
